    About Howell Studios and Casa Bona:

    Role Overview:
    We’re looking for an Experience Coordinator to lead and manage the programming, planning, execution, and promotion of events across both Howell Studios and Casa Bona. These include wellness, creative, and entrepreneurial experiences, all designed to foster community and thoughtful exchange. Whether in-house or hosted by members of our community, every experience should reflect our refined aesthetic and nurture a sense of connection, inspiration, and well-being.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and oversee a calendar of wellness, creative, and entrepreneurial programming that aligns with our values

    • Plan and coordinate experiences that cultivate community, including workshops, gatherings, and talks rooted in mindfulness, creativity, and shared growth

    • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, setup, and breakdown across both studios

    • Support community members and renters in producing events that maintain the tone and quality of our spaces

    • Build and maintain relationships with facilitators, instructors, and guest speakers

    • Promote upcoming experiences through social media, newsletters, and local outreach

    • Manage registrations, monitor attendance, and gather post-event feedback for continuous improvement

    • Ensure our studios are prepared to host with intention—calm, welcoming, and well maintained

    • Work closely with our core team to ensure every experience reflects the spirit of Howell Studios and Casa Bona

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in event coordination, programming, or hospitality—especially within wellness, creativity, or entrepreneurship

    • Excellent organizational skills and a calm, detail-oriented approach

    • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills

    • Confidence managing multiple projects and shifting timelines

    • A refined sense of taste and a deep understanding of elevated guest experience

    • Comfortable being in front of the camera for staff-generated social media content that highlights our events, values, and day-to-day atmosphere

    • Passion for wellness, creative expression, and intentional community building

    • Familiarity with digital platforms for outreach and promotion

    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, thoughtful team

    • Professional, warm, and grounded presence
